W541R+ to z integrowany router, czteroportowy switch oraz bezprzewodowy punkt dostępowy z odkręcaną anteną pracujący w standardzie 802.11 b/g. Router wyposażony jest w firewall, filtrowanie URL oraz MAC adres. Dodatkowo wspiera WDS (bezprzewodowy most) oraz DMZ (strefa zdemilitaryzowana). Szyfrowanie sieci bezprzewodowej odbywa się w standardzie 64/128 bit WEP, TKIP, AES, WPA2 dodatkowo można ograniczyć dostęp tylko autoryzowanym MAC adresom. Urządzenie z przeznaczeniem głównie dla domu oraz małych firm.
